Waters Wetsuits Limited Warranty

Waters Wetsuits warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a term 180 days from the date of purchase for the original purchaser. This Warranty applies only to properly maintained products used under normal conditions.  The warranty does not include any damage to ink, logos, or artwork printed on the wetsuit, such as cracking or fading of materials and artwork.  If a product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship within the 180 day Warranty period, Waters Wetsuits will repair or replace the product at its discretion without charge.

This Warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Further, this Warranty is void if the product is modified or repaired in any way.

If you need to exercise your rights under this Warranty, you must return the defective product within the Warranty period to Waters Wetsuits. This Warranty applies only to purchases from authorized Waters Wetsuits retailers, wholesalers, and direct from Waters Wetsuits.

COVERAGE OF REPAIRED OR REPLACED ITEMS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE REMAINDER OF THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY PERIOD.

Neither Waters Wetsuits, nor any retailer, wholesaler, or internet outlet, makes any other warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
